Determination of teachers' time management skills is important for teaching profession as well as for other professions. Some features of teachers such as planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, supervising and evaluating are important in terms of time management for their own work or for the practices of the educational institutions they are in. Professional time management skills are, of course, largely linked to the level of general time management skills in people's lives. The teaching profession is a profession that needs to be planned, to use time efficiently and to stay away from everything that will cause time loss as much as possible. For this reason, the identification of teachers' general time management skills will help them to develop themselves in this regard. The aim of the study is to determine how the general time management skills of teacher candidates in Fine Arts Education Department differ according to 9 demographic independent variables. This study was carried out with a total of 141 students who participating voluntarily from the students who studying at Trakya University, Faculty of Education, Fine Arts Education Department, Painting Education Department and Music Education Department during the spring semester of 2017-2018 academic year. The "General Time Management Skills Scale" prepared by Ergin, Ergin ve Demirkol (2018) was used as data collection tool. The scale consists of 4 items with a rating of 30 items. In the statistical analysis of the data were used t-test and variance analysis. LSD techniques were also used for post hoc analysis to determine the source of the difference. As a result of the study, it was seen that the Department of Fine Arts Education teacher candidates were slightly above the average level of general time management skills.
