It has been a widely-accepted tendency for the social sciences (cultural studies), in the 19th century, to start from the very beginning of Greco-Roman Hellenism so that each science can take an independent place among all the other cultural research disciplines. This case is the same for those who have begun conducting research on Blacksea Region. The changes, which have occurred in the philosophy ofscience, have a profound effect on the method. This study aims to put forward a new distinct approach for the cultural studies exploring Blacksea Region.
