The joint or parallel geographical names are formed differently. In the Turkish world we can meet the same toponyms, which must be explained with the same origin and the same logical mentality. Sometimes we can find in the place, toponomys of the same name. Such toponomys we call the joint or paralel names. The namesake places are exist everywhere. If they are in the same place, so they are called nearparallel toponomys, but on the contrary, then farparallel toponomys. For the nearparallel toponomys the best example is a word =upper or =Lower. Besides the words upper=, =Lower= for the toponomys are used the following words: big, little, small, old, new, frot, fare, back. In our work we’ll take into consideration these features in Gaziantep toponomys and we’ll investigate the difference in the nearparallel toponomys.
