The Crimea Bakhchysarai and Romanian Constanta Dialects, represent Crimean Turkish Dialect even though they are located in different geographies. Bakhchysarai Dialect, which has linguistic features of both Kipchak and Oghuz Turkish languages, forms the basis of today's Crimean Turkish literary language. The linguistic features of the Constanta Dialect mostly contain elements of Kipchak Turkish. Migration movements of Crimean Turks to the Romanian region started after the occupation of Crimea in 1783. With the settlement of the Crimean Turks in the Romanian province of Dobruca, the Constanta Dialect was formed. Today, Crimean Turkish is included in the category of languages under "severely endangered" in the Atlas of Endangered Languages organized by UNESCO. The suffix +LIK, which is widely used in Bakhchysarai and Constanta Dialects functions lead to controversial opinion in present linguistic studies. Linguists mix the qualification suffixes with the derivational suffixes, considering that the derivational suffixes except of change the meaning change of the type of the word. As a result, this poses a problem from linguistic perspective. In our study we tried to identify function of the +LIK suffix from the compilation texts from Constanta and Bakhchysarai Dialects. We would like to draw attention that the use of the +LIK suffix is frequent in the dialects we examined, in addition it also plays an important role in word formation and phrase formation. Considering the functions undertaken by the mentioned suffix, we will start with presentation of research of the main functions of the +LIK suffix and will continue with sub-functions. A number of sub-morphemes of the suffix we discussed were determined and included in the study based on the sound changes that occur during speech.
