The main aim of this study is to determine the attitudes of teachers working in different education levels and different branches towards scientific studies towards educational research. Descriptive statistics, frequency and percentage analysis, were used to analyze the data obtained from the research. The study group of the research consists of 409 teachers working at different educational levels. As a data collection tool, a scale consisting of 3 factors and 20 items, which was developed to determine teachers' attitudes towards educational research, was used. The minimum score that can be obtained from the scale is 20 and the maximum score is 100. The Cronbach's Alpha reliability coefficient of the scale was calculated as 0.841 for the first factor, 0.816 for the second factor, 0.781 for the third factor, and 0.881 for the overall scale. When the data obtained as a result of the research are analyzed, they think that educational researches do not have a significant effect on the method and technique that teachers will choose for the subject they will cover during the lesson, but that educational research will contribute to the development of teaching programs. In addition to this result, teachers think that educational researches will not contribute to increasing the quality of education, but educational research should be used to become a qualified teacher. Finally, it was determined that teachers think that scientific publications on education are superficial and that educational researches are applicable.
