Silifke is one of the folklore texts that reflect the cultures of the people. We are witnessing the tribal tribes living in the Silifke region, the most beautiful examples of our contemporary Turkish spoken in the footsteps of the ancestors Oguz, living purely, selflessly and plainly. It is possible to find traces of shamanism at any moment in your life. On the other hand, nice rules specific to Turkishness are implemented with loyalty and respect. Depending on the traditions hidden among the tribal tribes and their traditions, very serious research and studies should be carried out on the folk türkiler (totemism, natruism etc.). The results obtained in the light of these researches and studies will be achieved and contributed to Turkish culture. A serious music folklore will emerge in the tortoise tribes with the subjects that are processed in terms of aesthetics, form, expression and form, tonal and modal structures in the melodies and instruments used with the melodies used in these melodies, notes and research methods and techniques to be applied. The folk are a demonstration of the cultural structure of the society to which the folk belong, and at the same time the way the people express themselves freely. Until this time, the research and compilation of a scientific folklore from the musical point of view regarding the Silifke Turks, is the reason for the formation of this article. In the study, information about the concepts of folk dancers was given, together with the views of folklore researchers. Our research area is aimed to detect and record the folk songs compiled from Silifke and its regions and thus to transmit these songs to future generations.
