The most important actors who face challenging conditions in organisations are undoubtedly the employees, who are the social capital of business life. The new roles emerging due to many changes put a great pressure on employees and the ones who have difficulty in combating them may have some psychological problems. There is “business etiquette” in organisations which are the places heavily intertwined with human relationships. Those professional relationships determined with unwritten rules are shaped with determinants such as organisational structure, culture and climate as well as individual characteristics of the employees.
