Terane HEŞİMOVA
The literary relations between Azerbaijani and Uzbek poets is researched in this article . In particular, the characteristics of common development of their poetry and also the theme, idea and style analogy in creativity of these poets became object of the research. As the literary movement of 1960’s, which is based on historical folk, in modern Azerbaijani and Uzbek literature contains the ban and persecutions on Uzbek and Azerbaijani poetry of Soviet period, the themes of Motherland and mother tongue in literature were means of protest. The proof of these statement or anology was reflected in poetry of prominent Azerbaijani and Uzbek poets like Bakhtiyar Vahabzade, Halil Rza Uluturk, Erkin Vahidov, Abdulla Aripov, Rauf Perfi.
