AN EVALUATION ON ADAPTATION LEVEL OF PERSONNEL WORKING AT DOMESTIC SECURITY SERVICES: TURKISH POLICE CONSTABULARY SAMPLE

It is aimed in this research to examine adaptation level of personnel in Turkish Police constabulary to teamwork. In the research, (n=338) law enforcement agency personnel working at Adana and Muğla police departments in 2015 year were subjected to survey including teamwork scale, differences between teamwork levels of participants based on demographic properties were examined. It was found that teamwork adaptation level of Turkish Police constabulary personnel were at high level.
