• Official languages of the symposium are Turkish, English, Russian and Georgian. If you wish, you can prepare your notice in Turkish, English, Russian or Georgian and you can present it in one of these languages.
  • Attendants with a notice should send their notices as full text including its abstract.
  • Abstracts should be prepared separately both in the presentation language, in English and in Turkish. Each abstract should consist of 200-250 words.
  • 5 key words are required in all languages. The key words should be placed under each abstract.
  • The pages shouldn’t be enumarated.
  • The notices should only be sent through  sempozyumtiflis@gmail.com e-mail address.
  • Notices and abstracts (English and Turkish), excluding references and appendices, should not exceed 10 pages.
  • Proceedings, single-spaced, Times New Roman, 11 pt (10 pt Tables and figures may be), and the page edges, 2.5 cm on the left side, right side, 2 cm at the top and bottom 3 cm format should be prepared.
  • Abstract texts should be justified with no space left between paragraphs, and indent of the beginning of the paragraph should be 1.25 cm.
  • APA format should be used in writing references. (http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/06/).
  • When cited in the text "Last Name, and Year" format should be used. (Eg, Yilmaz, 2009:23);  (Olalı and Timur, 1989:47). For more than three authors (Yilmaz et al, 2009) should be written in the form.
