This is an internationally refereed social science journal that is published every three months (quarterly) in electronic-based and print-based since 2009. The journal publishes four issues each year (March, June, September, and December).

The publication language of this journal is Turkish, English, or Russian.

THE COLLECTIVE MEMORY AS A BASIS OF TERRITORIAL IDENTITY

With global social changes, old stereotypes ara breaking, values are changing and social identity issues are becoming more important. In the ongoing migration movements, territory identity is increasingly gaining grounds. This article suggests that the basis for the formation of territorial identity can be a collective memory of the territory as general knowledge, memories and attitudes.
