Development of new Technologies increases usage of internet and improves electronic shopping. Internet makes possible to shop at any time of the day from any part of the World overcoming the constraints set by the geographical location and time differences. The aim of this study is a search the effect of security concern on the use of Internet. Ecommerce concept has been explained with all features and types, provided payment tools and security measure. In the second chapter, the concepts of security with all dimensions analyzed. In order to put forward the components of the security, the threats and the measures that can be taken against the threats have been emphasized.
