ELEGIES ON TELLING EXCEPT DEATH IN ÇUKUROVA ELEGIES TRADITION

Elegies are kind of folksong containing several life events. They are also literaturel text related mankind’s suffering. Elegies are also told in certain traditional ceremonies on death and they are folksong living in memories. Overtime, they have been begun told on several topics except death. In this paper we aimed at contribution to the field setting out determine the different folksongs except on telling death.
