AN EMPIRICAL SURVEY UPON LABOUR MARKET NEEDS OF ARDAHAN PROVINCE AND ITS TOWNS

This paper questions labour market needs and the factors playing a role in these needs, examines how these factors reflect the labour market needs of Ardahan province and its towns, and intends to determine the necessary precautions to increase the efficiency of Ardahan province in competition with the surrounding commercial centers. The paper evaluates the findings about sectoral based labour market needs analysis performed in Ardahan province and its five towns and discusses what precautions can be taken to increase the rate of employment in these towns.
