THE EFFECTS OF OTTOMAN LANGUAGE UPON KAZAN TATAR WRITING LANGUAGE IN THE BEGINNING OF THE 20th CENTURY (The Samples From a Newspaper Article Posted as Letter)

In this article, it is mentioned a letter of a Tatar student Atbasarli Gulsum Rakhimi, who educated in Istanbul. The letter had been written in Kazan-Tatar Language and published in the journal of Vakit (Orenburg). It is about the first courses begun for women in Istanbul University. The language features of the letter are being analyzed from the linguistic point of view in this article. There are not only the words from Arabic and Persian but also a lot of European borrowings, which loaned into the Russian language. It also contains the information about influence of Oguz's language group on the literary language of Kazan-Tatar in the beginning of the XX century.
