TURKISH FAMILYAND RELIGIONIN THEPROCESS OFSOCIAL CHANGE

In this article it was handled the family problems in the frame oftheoretical approaches of sociology and it was set fort the socio-cultural basis of Turkish family structures. It was emphasized on the differentiation on the Turkish family structures in the process of social change. Especially, it was identified the attitudes and behaviours in the family relation, and highlighted their reflection on daily religious life. In the process of modernisation, institution offamily was affected in terms offamily interrelationship. It was seen that while the social influence of religion on family interrelationship was weakened, the religion has become the matter of individual perception and interpretation.
